New management systems for the vineyard in Alt Penedès as a strategy to palliate the effects of the climate change. Due to the increase in temperatures and their cumulative effect, a reduction in the aromatic complexity of wines is envisaged, and an increase in problems caused by the effects of the sun on the bunches. This is why we are experimenting with new canopy architectures to try to achieve greater shade for bunches, although they still receive light (without direct sunlight), and remain well-aired.
