Pastries with red fruit. Chocolate is a nice, interesting match with different intensities and textures. Catanias(chocolate truffles), brownie, coulant, de Chocolat (squidgy chocolate pud) with a red berry coulis. It also pairs well with medium to strong, and even blue, cheeses.
